ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE

Applicable quality management system for the design, manufacture and installation of industrial steel structures, industrial buildings and cranes in accor¬dance with EN ISO 9001:2008, and also with - EN1090-1:2009 + A1:2011 – (EXC2) CE certified by TUV and ISO 3834-2 certified by TUV. In-house quality control tests from our quality department and from third party inspectors if that is needed from the specifications of every project.

STEEL GRADE TESTS. / DIMENSIONING TESTS
All materials participates to any steel structure are subject to all needed dimensioning tests and grade tests before production.
WELDING NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTS (NDT)
Inspection of welding, in-house and on-site (visual inspection, magnetic tests, ultrasound test) to ensure best quality.
BOLT - ANCHOR TIGHTENING TESTS. / PAINTING THICKNESS TESTS
Inspection of painting thickness according to painting system of every project (in-house and on-site) and on site bolt & anchor inspections with special torque wrenches.
PROJECT TECHNICAL FILE
By the end of every project, a project technical file with all details is provided to the client including all data of project and all inspection tests.
